This presentation will provide a review of public relations practices, considerations and key take-aways for the tissue banking community.

Ashley Frolick, MS
Ashley Frolick has more than 10 years of experience in communications, with five years of experience managing communication efforts in the nonprofit sector. In 2018, she received her master of science in strategic communications from Purdue University.
In her current role, Ashley promotes several programs under GenCure, a subsidiary of BioBridge Global, including its biomanufacturing center, tissue recovery, peripheral blood stem cell collection, marrow donor registry, and cord blood and birth tissue collection programs. Ashley also works closely with donors, recipients and donor families to raise awareness about the personal impact of GenCure’s programs.

Kimberly Monroe, BA, CTBS
Manager, Tissue Center Donor Development
With more than 13 years of experience in donation and transplantation, Kimberly has worked in the areas of donor eligibility and screening, family consent and aftercare, and community relations in the eye and tissue donation arena.
Kimberly joined GenCure in 2019 as Tissue Center Donor Development Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the Hospital Development program.
Kimberly has a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Florida, a Graduate Certificate in instructional design from Rollins College, and an AATB Certified Tissue Banking Specialist designation.
