Hamilton's expertise lies in navigating cultural nuances and fostering trust within diverse communities. Fluent in Vietnamese, he facilitates conversations across language barriers. He is a passionate advocate for equitable organ and tissue donation. In his free time, you can find Hamilton camping and fishing (unsuccessfully), cooking and discovering new restaurants.

Lifelong health equity and disability advocate, Kyla Aquino Irving, is the Senior External Affairs Coordinator for Sierra Donor Services (SDS). Kyla is passionate about SDS’ mission to save and improve lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation. She currently works with diverse communities to increase awareness and encourage people in the greater Sacramento region to register to be organ and tissue donors.
Kyla graduated cum laude from California State University, Sacramento, was named one of Sacramento News & Review’s 40 Under 40 in 2015 and named an ‘Exceptional Woman of Color’ by Sac Cultural Hub in 2016.
