Emily is the Quality Manager at the Lake Superior Centre for Regenerative Medicine (RegenMed) and is responsible for managing review and implementation when changes and updates to standards and regulations come from AATB, FDA, and the CSA and Health Canada. She is a CTBS and Certified Medical Device Auditor. Emily has served as chair of the Quality Council Change Control Subgroup.

Silva is Manager of Quality Assurance at the NJ Sharing Network and brings expertise in quality, auditing, and training. She is CTBS-certified and licensed as a Funeral Director, and she has served as a member of the Quality Council Change Control Subgroup.

Jennifer Drago is the Executive Director of Advanced Quality Resources. She has over 15 years of combined experience in Quality and Regulatory Affairs in blood banking, medical devices, and tissue and organ procurement. She has served as the AATB Quality Council leadership since 2017 and has participated as a member of the Quality Council Change Control Subgroup. Jen is a CTBS, Certified Quality Auditor, a Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence, and has her Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.

Mr. Sindaco joined AATB in 2023 as Director of Standards. Prior to joining AATB, he spent 18 years at the United States Pharmacopeia, heading operations for standards and serving as Executive Secretariat to the Council of Experts. He initially joined USP’s quality department after holding various operations, quality, and regulatory affairs leadership positions in the blood and clinical laboratory industries. Mr. Sindaco earned a B.A. in Biology from Franklin and Marshall College, an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Policy and Regulation from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
