Description: AATB is thrilled to bring you their next installment of the “Back to Basics” webinar series, Back to Basics Mini-Series: Tissue Distribution. We will dive deep into the critical processes of tissue preservation and distribution. Whether it’s fresh, frozen, cryopreserved, or freeze-dried tissue, understanding the alternate preservation methods is key to maintaining tissue integrity. We’ll explore the complexities of allograft allocation and the various distribution channels that ensure timely delivery.
Gain a clear understanding of storage and shipping considerations, while uncovering the common obstacles that can arise during these phases. Finally, we’ll take a look at the allograft's journey once it reaches the hospital, focusing on how it is handled in the clinical setting.
Target Audience: This webinar is for entry-level professionals with expertise and/or interest in tissue processing and distribution.
