Description:  In this webinar, three industry leaders will discuss the work their aftercare teams have done to collaborate with internal departments and external partners to increase donation awareness and improve support for donor families. In this session, panelists will present on how they determined what resources to provide donor families, how they measure the impact of them, and how their offerings have increased or improved donation outcomes within their communities. 

Target Audience: This webinar is for entry-level, mid-level and experienced tissue banking professionals in donor Services, aftercare, community Relations.

Courtney Tillotta is the Manager of the Aftercare Support team for Indiana Donor Network, she earned her Master’s degree in healthcare social work from Indiana University and is a Certified Thanatologist.  She has been with the Indiana Donor Network for 21 years.  Courtney has a passion for supporting grieving families and, as the daughter of a transplant recipient and a donor hero, she has been personally impacted by donation and transplantation.
