As the founder of The Evolved, an online spiritual community for Black women, she creates transformative healing experiences through coaching, energy work, and spiritual education. A proud mother and grandmother, Coach Yolanda channels the legacy of her late son Isaiah into organ and tissue donation advocacy as a Volunteer Ambassador with the Gift of Life Donor Program, a member of the MTF Biologics Donor Family Council, and a Community Advisory Board Member of a groundbreaking Pediatric Clinical Research Study with Johns Hopkins Children’s Hospital in Florida, turning pain into purpose and inspiring others to embrace their fullest potential.

Charlie Watts, a Ewing’s sarcoma survivor and bone graft recipient, and his mother Jessica Watts are passionate advocates for organ and tissue donation and childhood cancer awareness. After Charlie’s diagnosis and life-saving surgery using a donated bone graft, their family experienced firsthand the power of donation to restore health and hope. Today, Charlie is cancer-free and active, while Jessica shares their story to support other families and honor donor heroes. Together, they use their journey—and the message “#FightCharlieFight”—to inspire others and raise awareness about the life-changing impact of saying yes to donation.
