Description: It’s 3:00 a.m. when your AOC calls, there’s a pending full case. You know the theory behind multi-processor recoveries, but you haven’t led one yourself, and the pressure can escalate quickly. In this webinar, we’ll walk through how to plan and execute a multi-processor recovery efficiently and effectively. We’ll cover common challenges, practical workflow strategies, and real-world insights from both the recovery and team-lead perspectives to keep your team aligned and the case moving forward.
Target Audience: Recovery coordinators, specialists, and team leads who participate in or oversee multi-processor recoveries and want practical guidance for managing complex cases with confidence.
