Creating a Culture of Resilience

Versiti OPO/Tissue Bank will share their journey of developing their culture over the years and how resiliency has been a critical part of improving staff engagement and overall performance. Versiti will share the foundations of their resiliency culture, specific programs developed along the way, measurable impact, and plans for future expansion of the Resiliency Program.

Anne Krueger, BSN, CPTC, CTBS

Anne has over 20 years of experience in the donation field. She is currently the Director of Organ and Tissue Services at Versiti Organ and Tissue Donation, where she oversees donation operations, the organization’s quality systems, and hospital development. Anne served in numerous positions within the donation community, including organ procurement, hospital development, and leadership roles. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oshkosh, is a Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC), and a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS).
