DRAI Competency Review and Coaching Feedback

  • Registration Closed

We all seek to hire skilled coordinators to screen referrals and conduct DRAIs but how do you know that staff are "skilled"? Do you have a comprehensive competency assessment program at your organization?  Join us as we dive into the topic of competency assessment and feedback.

The Tissue Operations Department at New England Donor Services has spent the better part of the last two years developing a system of defining, scoring, and assessing competency thresholds for staff performing the critical functions of DRAI and referral screening.  This webinar will explain and review these activities in detail.
