Khoo Yik Cheong has been in the donation industry for over 4 years. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Bachelor degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In her current role as a Tissue Donation Transplant Coordinator at the Transplant Tissue Centre SingHealth, she coordinates and oversees tissue donation processes throughout Singapore. Singapore, being relatively new in tissue donation, through the extensive knowledge she gained from AATB as a tissue bank specialist, she aims to formalize tissue donation processes in all medical institutions.
