Jackie Warn is the Chief Quality Officer at Nevada Donor Network. As a member of the executive team, she provides pointed strategic direction for the organization’s quality management system, performance excellence, and has leadership oversight of the quality, regulatory affairs, and clinical laboratory operations. With focus on organizational culture, she supports the refinement, design, and integration of enterprise wide, cross-team systems and processes to ensure alignment, operational integrity, efficiency, quality and regulatory compliance.As an experienced leader, she stives to build and maintain influential relationships with community partners, legislative representatives, and regulatory agencies to maximize donation opportunities and transplantation outcomes. Jackie has over 25 years of experience in healthcare inclusive of the organ, eye, tissue and clinical laboratory industries. Prior to joining Nevada Donor Network, Jackie has worked at 2 other Organ Procurement Organizations as the Corporate Director of Quality and Compliance, Sr. Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Compliance Officer. Additionally, she has worked as the Manager of Quality for a tissue processor and as a Medical Laboratory Technician in multiple hospital and reference laboratories. Jackie received her Bachelor and Master Degree in Business Administration and Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. She is certified as an American Society of Quality Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence and is an American Society of Clinical Pathologist certified Medical Laboratory Technician.She is an active member of the American Association of Tissue Banks and is currently serving on the Accreditation Committee and participating on the AATB Annual Meeting Quality Workgroup. Previously, she has served on the AATB Board of Governors, Chair of the Quality Council, Vice Chair of the Quality Council, and the Standards Committee.
