Linda Martin is an accomplished leader with varied experience in the transplant industry. She has been with Mid-America Transplant for 30 years, rising through the ranks from Tissue Services Coordinator to oversee Tissue Clinical Services and the Tissue Work System before becoming Vice President of Tissue and Support Services in 2014. Among Linda’s key accomplishments is serving as the project lead for the organization’s 2015 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award application, resulting in Mid-America Transplant being named the first Organ Procurement Organization in the country recognized as a Baldrige recipient. Linda has also served on the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige Program for the past four years. In addition, she has been actively involved in the American Association of Tissue Banks, the Eye Bank Association of America and the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations.
