Maria Szydlowski has 20 + years of Human Resources experience and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at MTF Biologics. As an HR subject matter expert, Maria’s expertise is in both operational and strategic HR initiatives, including Workforce Planning, Benefits Administration, Predictive Analytics, Change Management, and Talent Development. She has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at The University of Scranton.Maria has earned an MBA from Grand Canyon University, an MS in Human Resources Administration from The University of Scranton and a BS in Human Resources Management from King’s College. She has achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
