Mark Mullersman has over 10 years of experience in various supply chain, planning and analytics roles with RTI Surgical. He spent 5 years as part of the Operations team in the Alachua, Florida facility, where RTI focuses its Allograft MS and Dermis processing. During that time, he developed a customized master production schedule for tissue processing, and partnered with the Donor Services divisions and commercial teams to translate the demand forecast into Donor Recovery plans, via implementation of Global S&OP operating mechanisms. Building on his experience in Operations, Mark also covered roles in Sales Operations and Finance, supporting a successful implementation of the SAP ERP system and serving in various finance business partner roles for each of RTI’s Commercial divisions. In 2019-2020 he took assignment to lead a Separation Management Office, preparing the company for a divestiture of the OEM division completed in July of 2020. Mark continued with the OEM division under the new company, which retained the RTI Surgical name. In his current role as Director of Commercial Operations, he is focused on positioning the Private Label OEM Tissue and Biologics business for long term growth with a stabilized, predictable supply chain that support RTI’s customers and their patients. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
