I've been employed at LifeNet Health for just over twenty years (since September 1999) in the Quality Assurance department. I began my journey as a Review Coordinator with the responsibility of performing technical review of donor records, this included but was not limited to suitability and readiness of tissue for release, or other disposition. Throughout my career I transitioned to department trainer, was promoted to Supervisor with remote employees at our Renton location and most recently was promoted to Manager. My teams are responsible for training, special projects, data analysis, donor tissue disposition and resolution of non-conformances. I’m a certified internal auditor through ASQ; as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.  In my leisure time you will find me spending time with my granddaughter or up on the stage teaching indoor cycling at a local studio in Virginia Beach.
