Kim has been with New England Donor Services for 19 years and currently serves as the primary liaison between NEDS and 13 assigned hospitals in the role of Hospital Relations Coordinator.  During her time at NEDS, Kim has completed medical screenings with hospital staff, talked with families about donation, worked as part of the organ recovery team, and managed the NEDS Operation Center.  Kim is certified by the American Association of Tissue Banks as a Tissue Bank Specialist.
