Q. How do I log in to the Learning Center?

A. Your login will be the same username, an email address, and password used to access the AATB portal.

Q. How do I attend a live presentation or view the on-demand recording?

A. Select the date of the program you wish to attend, then select a presentation, click "Watch Session," and then click the top session button to view the program.

Q. How do I earn CEU credits?

A. To earn CEUs, you must complete the survey for each presentation. The survey will be found immediately below the option to watch the presentation.

Q. Where do I find my certificate of attendance?

A. Once a survey has been completed, you can access your certificate of attendance in the section below the survey.

Q. Can my team participate in the virtual conference as a group and earn CEUs?

A. Yes. However, each person must be registered and complete presentation surveys to earn CEUs.

Q. If I cannot attend a live session, can I view the program later?

A. Yes. Each presentation will be recorded and posted for on-demand viewing.

Q. Can I earn CEUs from on-demand sessions?

A. Yes. The same CEUs will be available for live and on-demand programs.

Q. I am registered but cannot click to attend a session or complete a survey. What should I do?

A. The program does not function well in Internet Explorer. Try using a different browser. The optimal selection for the program is Google Chrome.

Q. I went to video live chat in a booth, and nothing is happening. What should I do?

A. Check back during the dedicated booth hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Q. I am on the conference page but can't get downloads from booths or attend any of the presentations.

A. You likely have not logged in. Click “Login” on the left-hand side of the page.
